We’re keeping track of prayers pledged from now until the Archdiocesan Race for Vocations on May 7, 2011. Let’s see if we can beat last year’s 4,414!

2. In the “Leave a Reply” section, type your name, email address, and a message describing your prayer pledge (simply indicating the number of prayers you pledge to pray for vocations in the Church). Examples: I pledge to pray 5 rosaries for vocations…. I pledge to pray 1 Our Father for every mile completed by Name of Runner Sponsoring in the Race for Vocations… Our Family will pray Archbishop Buechlein’s Vocation Prayer before dinner every day for a month… Our family will read about a different saint every night before bed in May… I will give up candy for a week and offer it up for vocations… My husband and I will go for a walk after dinner each night in May and pray for vocations during that time. etc, etc, etc!
